This is a full time position and a Community Moderator  can work from any location.  You must have mid level experience in this field as you work with fun, smart, self-motivated people at a highly successful software company.

As a Community Moderator at Articulate, you will help each customer become successful with Articulate software.

What does this job entail?


As a community moderator, you will work directly with customers through online forums.  You will answer questions and provide examples while you help each and every customer to be as successful as possible with Articulate software.

Requirements

Interested?

  • You must have experience working directly with customers

  • Be able to solve problems

  • Have experience supporting desktop software

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Flash, Windows and Mac

  • Have a wealth of knowledge about technology and how to solve  problems

  • Be a United States resident


Helpful but not mandatory:



  • Familiarity with Articulate software.

  • Troubleshooting via social networks and community forums.
