What is this job like?

MyTime is providing an opportunity for people to make money as a Concierge Contractor from their homes as they provide MyTime the ability to outsource their first point of contact between MyTime and their customers and partner merchants.  Therefore, MyTime is contracting you to be responsible for fielding customer requests for appointment bookings and calling businesses to confirm those appointments. Although, MyTime has brilliant technology in place to make this process easy, they need someone who is comfortable talking to customers on the phone, has great customer service and sales skills, and has the ability to work remotely and accomplish multiple administrative tasks.

What are my responsibilities as a Concierge Contractor?

• Receive incoming customer requests for appointments.


• Communicate with customer to better understand their requirements (e.g. what kind of haircut are you looking for?).


• Call businesses to arrange appointments for business AND pitch them on MyTime services.


• Deliver an excellent customer experience, even when it’s not possible to meet a customer’s needs.


• Be the eyes and ears of the company -- help MyTime better understand their customers, merchants and what makes them tick.

What are the minimum requirements?

• 1-2 years of customer service experience, or other relevant experience


• High school degree and 18 years of age


• Available to start within 2 weeks


• Unlimited calling plan on your cell phone or home line


• Must be fluent in English

Brittain Virtual Sales Force is seeking sales-minded Reservation Sales Agents who has the ability to sell reservations.  As a at home reservation sales agent, you will be selling reservations over the phone while taking inbound and outbound calls. You will also sell reservations via online chats and email in a positive and professional manner. You should be courteous, self-motivated and detail oriented.  It is required that you have some knowledge of IQ Ware and NAVIS Narrowcast applications, but it’s not required.  Sales incentives will compliment wages earned.

What does this job entail?

As a Reservation Sales Agent, you are responsible for maintaining a positive and professional role as you help prospective guests over the phone and through email correspondence.  You must have full knowledge of resort accommodations, amenities, location and nearby attractions in order to provide accurate prearrangements and expectations of guests. You must learn technical skills to communicate efficiently with the guest, and complete reservations as well as assist in maintaining call quality to the Brittain Resort Management standard.

Your functions as a Reservation Sales Agent

• Must be genuinely friendly and professional while taking phone calls.


• Have the proper equipment to receive phone calls.


• Must have proficient computer skills


• Must know basic math skills


• Able to report all technical issues to a Supervisor on duty


• Report all guest issues as the occur (Supervisor)


• Must retain full knowledge of resort accommodations, policies and practices


• Must possess (but not required) some knowledge of the Myrtle Beach Area, attractions and local events or know how to acquire information

What is a Golf Director?

Work At Home Telephone Interviewer

Become a work at home telephone interviewer with The Center For Client Retention and be your own Independent Contractor.  As a telephone interviewer,  you will be conducting surveys over the phone.  You will be asking various survey questions that The Center For Client Retention will provide you and entering the information in an online survey.   You don’t have to worry about cold calling as they will provide you with a list of people to call.

Right now, The Center For Client Retention has immediate openings where you will be a work-from-home, virtual agent.

How long do the surveys take?

On average, an interview is between 10 to 20 minutes to complete.
You will be conducting telephone interviews between the hours of 3PM to 8 PM or 10AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday (all time zones).

How much does this company pay?

Usually they pay around $10 to $15 per completed survey every two weeks.  This also depends on how many surveys you have completed within the two-week period.
