Overall thoughts as a current English coach?

I am currently an English Studio Coach with Rosetta Stone and teach English Totale sessions for kids and adults and Reflex sessions.  If there are special assignments for kids or adults, sometimes I would participate.   I get to interact with people from all over the world and learn from them as I teach them English.  Knowing that I am helping learners understand English as a second language and helping them to become successful and fluent English speakers, it gives me a feeling of enrichment, joy and accomplishment in my sessions.
